Tivoli Hotels are responsible for the protection of this database, and its contents. Tivoli Hotels and directly or indirectly related companies reserve the right to use data provided by clients for marketing and informational purposes both electronically and via other methods, in order to improve client service and to advertise, promote and sell Tivoli Hotels services and products. Clients may alter their personal information, at any time, and request that they be excluded from marketing and promotional activities, undertaken by Tivoli Hotels and directly or indirectly related companies. For their part, Tivoli Hotels undertake to promptly correct any Client's personal information on their database, when so requested.

Tivoli Hotels website does not currently offer real-time online bookings and payment. Reservation requests are sent directly to the hotel requested who will answer by email.

Credit card details serve as guarantee in case of no-show or last-minute cancellation. Clients are billed upon check out, at the hotel.

We accept payment in cash, cheque, multibanco card, traveller's cheque or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express and Diners).
