Tivoli Lisboa
I am emailing you regarding the conference I just held at the Tivoli Lisboa in the Palace. My expectations where exceeded by the hotels service as all my requests were completed and executed quickly. Groups coordinator was a delight to work with and also came to my aid whenever I needed help. This made me feel secure during the conference that if there were any technical faults they would be dealt with quickly and actually resolved!
All the staff at the Palace where competent and very polite which made everyone feel comfortable. The conference was a huge success and I definitely think this was due to your groups coordinator’s organisational skills and how she manages her team. The staff at the Palace met me very early in the morning to set everything up and I really appreciate this. I know that I was probably quite a demanding customer but this was only due to the nature of the conference which was being held for very high profile attendee’s. I want to thank you and your team for contributing to the success of this conference. Everyone commented on how beautiful the building was and how amazing the food was presented and tasted. The quality the hotel provided was extremely high and also matched my budget.
